Yoga & Creativity Retreat
with Michi & Mon
August 21–23, 2026 at Lookout Mountain Retreat, Dorrigo, NSW
Three days, two nights to soften, reset and reconnect with yourself.
If you’ve been craving space — real space — this is your invitation.
A Weekend to Come Home to Yourself
Life asks a lot of you.
You hold responsibility. You carry mental lists. You move quickly between roles.
This retreat is where you pause.
Not to escape your life — but to return to it clearer, steadier and more connected.
Over three nourishing days and two nights in the mountains, you will:
• Release tension from your body
• Settle your nervous system
• Clear mental noise
• Create freely without pressure
• Feel supported in a small, intentional group
You do not need yoga experience.
You do not need to be “creative.”
You simply need to arrive.

Everything designed to help you slow down and come back to yourself.
The Location
Our retreat takes place at Lookout Mountain Retreat, a peaceful country escape
nestled high on Dorrigo Mountain. Surrounded by nature and fresh mountain air,
this beautiful setting offers the perfect space to slow down, breathe deeply,
and reconnect. Just minutes from the incredible rainforests of Dorrigo National Park,
the area is known for its lush landscapes, birdlife, and tranquil atmosphere.
Only around three hours from Tamworth, the journey itself becomes part of the
retreat — a gradual transition from everyday busyness into the quiet rhythm of
the mountains. Free on-site parking is available for all guests.
Here, nature holds the space for rest, reflection, creativity, and connection.
Accommodation
Our group will stay in the cozy and comfortable suites at Lookout Mountain Retreat,
thoughtfully designed to balance comfort with the tranquillity of nature.
Accommodation options include queen rooms, shared family-style rooms,
and a spacious three-bedroom apartment, allowing you to choose the experience that suits you
best — whether you’re retreating solo or sharing the journey with friends.
Each space is warm, welcoming, and restful — the perfect place to unwind
between yoga practices, creative workshops, and time spent outdoors.
Our intentionally small group size helps create an intimate and supportive retreat experience.

an experienced retreat caterer known for creating nourishing meals that support both body and practice.
